Colin Munro’s Xbox 360 USB Controller Driver for Mac OS X works great with Mac OS X 10.6.7 on my MacBook 5,1. If you need a solid controller for your Mac, I can definitely recommend the Xbox 360’s wired controller with Colin’s driver, which you can find here. Many thanks to him and his efforts.

What games have you had success with using the controller? I’ve got the latest rev of the driver and a new wired XBox 360 (official Microsoft brand), but Portal on my Mac is not noticing.
Hi Rob,
I got the controller working with various emulators available for the Mac. I haven’t tried it with World of Warcraft though–will have to do that later.
Best, Jason
